THE NORMAL MIDDLE CEREBRAL ARTERY AXIS

A simple method for the evaluation of the normal and pathologic middle cerebral artery axis as determined from the lateral carotid arteriogram is presented. These measurements have been applied to both adults and children and have been found to be of assistance in cerebral angiographic interpretation.
