A new "four quadrant" technique for taking roentgenograms to compare with radioisotope scans is presented. The technique allows more exact superimposition of the roentgenographic silhouette and the radioisotope organ scan outline. This greatly facilitates the radioisotope scan interpretations in heart, lung and liver scans.
