MARK H. WHOLEY M.D.1 and VICTOR JACKMAN 1

1 From the Department of Radiology, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, The Veterans Administration Hospital, Allegheny Valley Hospital, and the Instrument Section of Mellon Institute, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
