A new roentgenographic technique is described by which to detect a glomus jugulare tumor in an early stage.
1. A modified open-mouth Waters' view gives good visualization of the jugular foramen, including the bony floor of the middle ear.
2. A modified Law's mastoid view demonstrates early erosion of the jugular fossa. A case of glomus jugulare tumor is reported as an example.
