Roentgenographic and clinico-anatomic features of orbital fractures are described with emphasis upon orderly evaluation of the four walls involved.
Clinical signs associated with orbital fractures are related to altered anatomy. An appreciation of these factors is invaluable in the choice and evaluation of roentgenographic procedures best suited for confirmation of the suspected injury.
