A case of bilateral fracture dislocations of the humeri secondary to electrical injury is presented. The literature on roentgen changes after electrical accidents has been reviewed. The chief purpose of the paper is to acquaint the American radiologist with the variety of bone changes which may be found in association with electrical injury.
