CALCIFICATION IN PRIMARY LIVER CARCINOMA

ROBERT W. ALLEN M.D.1 and ALLEN H. HOLT M.D.1

1 SHARON, PENNSYLVANIA

2. Many radiologists consider calcification as a sign of chronic inflammation as when found in the lung. Although hepatic calcification is rare, when present, the possibility of malignancy is great.
