1 From the Department of Radiology, General Hospital, Singapore, Malaysia

1. A new technique of contrast cinefluorography and roentgenography of the nasopharynx, with particular reference to the frontal and oblique projections, is described.

2. This method provides a satisfactory morphologic as well as dynamic roentgenographic study of the nasopharynx.

3. Unexpected normal anatomic variations and other features of the nasopharynx are demonstrated by this method of examination.

4. It is believed that contrast roentgenography can play a useful role in the detection of tumors of the nasopharynx in doubtful or obscure cases which cannot be detected by other methods of examination, including plain film roentgenography.
