Coronal contrast-enhanced T1-weighted MR image shows thick contrast enhancement in medial left temporal lobe (straight arrows) and smaller region of contrast enhancement in right hippocampus (curved arrow). Compare thickness of contrast enhancement in left temporal lobe with thin gyriform enhancement seen in Figure 8A, 8B, 8C, 8D.
